Workout Plans

Increase Length Great Intermediate Workout
This routine has been set up to be done as a 7 week routine. Try increasing the 1 minute Fowfer stretch to 2 minite stetch this ending stretch is where the gains happen. Start with a 10 minute Penis warmup exersice to get you ready. Then do 2 sets of Side to side stetches for 5 minutes each set with a 1 minute break between the set. V-Jelq 1 set for 25 minutes. Increase Girth Advanced Routine
This routine is meant to be done over the course of 5 weeks. You should have 1 year of regular exersice experience. If you are a begginer this routine is not for you. Start the routine by doing a penis warm-up for 5 minutes. Do 3 sets of clamping for 5 minutes with a 30 second to 1 minute break between sets. Do an assisted a stretch 5 sets with 5 reps for each set. You will want to increase this number to 10 reps by the end of the 5 weeks but be sure not to do more than 5 reps on the first week. Basic Sex Muscle Routine
This meant to be a 5 week training routine. For the first week, take two days off between each workout. Slowly increase you jelq time so that by the 5th week you are doing 25 minutes.
